The serial number, usually engraved on a movement plate is not present as this plate has been exchanged with one engraved ‘735’ presumably in a service performed not with Omega. Thus, it is not possible to receive an extract from the archives. Also, when looking at the dial under 12-15x magnification, one can see that there is a ‘LEMANIA’ lettering (flat and uncoloured) below the Omega logo. One could see this as controversial or logical, as Lemania, Tissot and Omega cooperated regarding movements, dials and cases. To us it seems very likely to say the least, therefore, this watch is offered as authentic.
